Experience in Catholic University of Portugal, Portugal by Live
Generally, what is Catholic University of Portugal like?
The structure of the teaching was very different to what I was used to, and I did not like the duration of the classes so much. It was a bit too long without breaks. I am used to more of a conversation between students and teacher, and I did not have many courses that were like this.
What are the facilities like?
The facilities are good, the only thing they were lacking were more space and desks to sit and work. There was few outlets to charge your computer, which made the school less practical for independent studies.
What are the tutors like?
The tutors are good, some of them are really good, and others were not that great.
Are the lessons easy in Catholic University of Portugal?
Some of the lessons were easy, but I realized it took more than I thought to pass an exam, so you had to spend a lot of time studying for exams in the end.
Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?
Not that many that I know of.
Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?
Some teachers were brilliant, and some were not very great.
