Two proper master students looking for central apartment

Me and my friend Erik are looking for a fully equiped central apartment, during our time here in Turin. We will study at Politechnico until February 2016, so anything central or close to the university are of interest. The apartment can be both old or new. The location is more important then the condition. Ideally we are looking for a large apartment with two bedrooms and one livingroom (or/and kitchen). Even better is if the apartment are "old furnished" and if it has balcony. The price can be discussed if the apartment is ideal.
