Required room for couple in Torino

I am a student at Polito lingotto campus. Looking for a room big enough to accommodate two people - me and my fiance who will come next month to Torino. The budget is around 400 euros and preferably in lingotto, san salvario, mirafiori, traiano area but not a necessary condition. We are intetested in outdoor activities - running matathons, cycling, trekking etc and are kind people who will respect the rules of house and neighbourhood. My fiance is a doctor by profession who is taking a break to study Italian language in Torino. Hoping to find a suitable place.
