Looking for accommodation in Torino, Polito from September 2016 to February 2017

Ciao a tutti, 

I'm a french student, currently studying Mechanical Engineering, at the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC), with a specialisation in Innovative Projects Management. 

I'm gonna do an Erasmus semester (Fall semester) at Politecnico di Torino as my last Msc semester (before my master thesis). Most of the courses I'm gonna follow at Polito are courses in Marketing & Management (if I get what I planned!) 

As written on the title, I'm currently looking for an accomodation in Torino for all my stay! 

What I'm looking for: 

• Single room in a flat-share (would be the top for me) or a single flat
• With all the furnitures,
• 400 euros MAX, including all the fees and the Wi-fi!!!!! 
• Not far from the center of Torino, of Politecnico and if possible a place where I will easely be able to reach where party' places are, without walking 1hour or taking 3 different bus.... 

About me: 

• Currently student in 1st year of Msc in Mechanical Engineering, majoring Innovative Projects Management, 
• I already lived abroad, as I did a 6months internship in Germany (Hamburg), travelled a lot (did not far from all the countries in Europe, with friends),
• Open-minded,
• Will be in Torino to enjoy my last semester of studies. It means that for me there's a life after the courses,
• I Plan to travel in Italia during my stay,
• Really want to improve my Italian during this stay and I'm motivated for! 
• Speak fluent English, French (mother tongue), German and i'm not that bad in Italian (for someone who is learning italian only since 3 months),
• I like to party, discover, speak and enjoy life more generally!

Sono uno studente francese, sto studiando l'ingegneria meccanica e gestionale all'Università degli Tecnologie di Compiègne (Laurea Magistrale, France). 

Sarò uno studente di Politecnico di Torino il prossimo semestre, questo sarà il mio scorso semestre degli studi (dopo farò il mio "master thesis"). Per il momento, ho scelto i miei corsi nelle lauree magistrale "automotive engineering" e "ingegneria gestionale".

com'è scritto nel titolo, sto cercando una camera o un appartamento a Torino per 6 mesi!

Cerco: 

• Una camera singola o un appartamento,
• ammobiliato/a ,
• 400 max/mese con spese e WI-Fi,
• Vicino al centro e al Polito. Anche cerco non lontano delle piazze dove poterò fare festa (non voglio camminare 1 ora o prendere 3 bus differenti),

Su di me:

• Studente in laurea magistrale dell'ingegneria meccanica e gestionale,
• Ho già vissuto al estero, come ho fatto uno stage di 6 mesi in Germania (Hamburg). Anche ho molto viaggiato,
• di larghe vedute, 
• Sarò a Torino per profittare del mio scorso Semestre degli Studi! Per me c'è una vita dopo i corsi! 
• Voglio viaggiare in Italia quando sarò a Torino, 
• Voglio davvero migliorare il mio italiano, sono molto motivato!!,
• Parlo Francese, Inglese, Tedesco e anche Italiano (sto imparando!) ,
• Mi piace fare festa, viaggiare, parlare...  ;), 

Forse saremo coinquilino in meno di 4 mesi ;)
