I am a quiet, mature woman, looking for a room near the campus of UNICRI, for my 6 months of study. Non-smoker, clean, tidy. In the past, i had German and Kiwi flatmates during my 3 year's stay in New Zealand.
Easy going, person but would like quiet flatmates. Occassional partying, with moderate music is okay.
Monthly rental must include all bills, like TARI, Heating, Gas, Internet, Water. No hidden charges please.
Pots and cutlery, and pillows and linen should be included as for a short time, it is not possible to carry a lot of luggage from another country.
