23 year old student Colombian-American looking for accommodation in Torino.

Hi my name is Jonathan Leonard. In October i'll begin my academic exchange at Politectico di Torino in the master degree programm of computer engineering .I'm a really calm and easy going person, like when things and rules  are in order. I would like a single or double room  that has many locals near, many ways to transport at Polito, don't have issues with arriving late, and in night far from the noise of the traffic ,it's important to rest. I don't care with whom to live but i wish respect in our way to organize,pref that is able to speak english,italian or spanish and if he/she smokes can do it outside, and if it's someone who can teach me new things 1000 times better :)
