24 year old PhD student, looking for accommodation in Tuebingen

I am coming to Tuebingen for PhD. I will be staying for a very long time, but as of now I am looking for a stay period of atleast 6 months. Additionally, I like music, travelling and cleanliness. Open to partying, making new friends and sharing different cultures. The apartment must be spacious and I am OK with no roommates if possible, given that the apartment demands so. Additionally, bicycle stand or close proximity to University (sand 14) is preferrable. Hope to find something soon.
