Rahvusraamatukogu - The National Library of Estonia (in Estonian: Eesti Rahvusraamatukogu) is a national public institution in Estonia. It was established as the parliamentary library of Estonia on December 21, 1918. It is super old and looks as from Soviet Union Book. It has really easy going vibe and it has the best library of Estonia.
