A good school with highly motivated students.
What are the facilities like?
Library renovated in 2014 with new group studying spaces, also a good sized self study / reading room.
On the hallways there are quite many computers that can be used for e.g.email, university also has printers that the students can use freely.
Are the lessons easy in Turku School of Economics and Business Administration?
The difficulty level of courses varies. I would say that the lessons are easy, but do require attention and work. Many courses have group works or essays in addition to exams.
Does the University organize activities; what are they like?
Not really the university, but the student organizations have numerous activities every week. Sports, chorus, movies and of course student parties (at least once or twice a week), for example. Every faculty have their own student organizations, and a student can join them if they wish. Usually the events and activities are not for members only. Exchange students usually join the ESN organization.
Do you think the teaching is of a high quality?
Mostly, yes. Most of the teachers can speak quite good English, and there is a good variety of courses taught in English. The students can develop good relationships with the teachers who are easy to approach.
