19 years old law student from Italy, looking for accommodation in Maastricht

I am a nice, a simple and friendly guy from Italy looking for a studio near the centre or the Law school. I like to watch comedy and satirical videos, in particular, based on American politics. I also like to read mangas and I pretty much enjoy the Japanese culture and tradition, particularly the food. I would like to achieve the maximum with my study at Maastricht University.  I use to practice karate and I am a good biker.

I am looking for a place quite and nice possibly with laundry facilities and a kitchen. Since I want to concentrate on my studies, I am looking for a place close to the University area.
