21 year old boy needs accomodation near Calle de Einstein, Tres Cantos

I am a 21 year old student. I will be visiting Tres Cantos in summer for an internship at Instituto de Microelectronica de Madrid. I don't have any pets and also don't smoke. I can speak English but not Spanish. I am fine with living with female roommates, but its unacceptable if any of my roommates smoke. I need a room that is close to IMM and has decent facilities like wifi, and is furnished. Please contact me if such a room is available.
