Urgent: Student need housing for exchange semester in Toulouse

Bonjour, 
I am a norwegian student looking for a place to stay while I am taking one semester at the university (sciences po). 
At this time I don't speak french, but I am eager to learn so both french and international housemates is ok. 
I am already in Toulouse so this is urgent, meaning that I would like to move in to a place as soon as possible, hopefully already tomorrow. 

Any place is intersting, but close to the university is to prefer.
