New Couple in Toulouse; Seeking Flat for Long Term Rental

I am seeking long term accommodation for my wife and I while we both study and search for work in Toulouse (private residence; no roomates). We are seeking a flat/apartment with at least one separate bedroom (furnished is prefered but not necessary). We must be able to register at the address for immigration purposes. My wife is an EU / Schengen citizen, which makes me eligible for my carte de sejour. We are non-smokers, non-partiers, and we do not have pets (but we would like to give a small dog a good home after we settle).

I am multilingual and have recently completed a Masters Degree in International Human Capital in the USA. I am presently on a sabbatical to gain experience with new languages / cultures and to obtain my Teaching English as Foreign Language (TEFL) and Certificate in Teaching Business English (CTBE) certifications in Toulouse. My wife will be studying French and looking for work in the tourism/hospitality industry.

Upon successful completion of my certificate programs, I look forward to gaining experience as a teacher in France as well as offering freelance language coaching and cultural advocacy services to companies and individuals. Long term, I would like to be an in-house, cross-cultural teacher / trainer / coach for an international or consular organization.
