looking for accommodation in Toulouse for a year

i am a 22 year old english speaking student, about to study french at the University Jean-Jaurès for about 9-12 months and so i am looking for affordable accommodation that is not soo far from it . my move in date will probably be between august and september (not too sure yet as i have not received my offer /admision )

- preferably individual bathroom, toilet and kitchenette..
-wi-fi is obviousy a necessity!
