Lithuanian Pharmacology student looking for a room/roommate in Toulouse from January

I am a third-year Pharmacology student at Newcastle University, England. I am coming to Toulouse only for three months (from early January- early April).
I am looking for a room or a person I could share a flat. Ideally, the place needs to be in/close to the city centre and cost not more than 450 euros.
I am a tidy, friendly and sociable person who would love to find not only a roommate but a friend only because it is important to live with people you can trust. I am usually outgoing but I also like staying in for a film/game night. I don't really mind if a person smokes or not, thus I am very flexible.
