20 year old girl, looking for a accommodation for me and a friend, 2 rooms

My friend and I are going on erasmus in Toulouse. We wille be going to two different schools but we are searching for a place to stay together. We would like to share an appartement or studio or have both rooms in a universitydorm, it doesn't matter! As long as we are together in the same building and we both have our seperate rooms. Our budget is 400 a 500 euros per person. We are both very social so we have no problem with getting to know other people in a building, we also respect the rules of the accomodation.
