Vietnamese student seeking a French class in Toulouse

Hello everyone !

My name is Tam, I'm from Vietnam and I am a fille aupair in Toulouse, I just arrived yesterday!

I hold student visa so I can say I am a student too ^^

1) I am searching a cheap French class in Toulouse (my level is about A2), prefer to start in January 2016. I heard there are some free classes.

2) I plan to do Master in France, I hold a Barchelor's degree in Finance. would love to continue to study Finance/management.... Do you know a university in Toulouse in this field? (my budget is not much so I prefer cheap universities and taught in English)

3) Besides, I really would love to meet students in Toulouse, to make friends, and hangout ! So please don't hesitant to pm me if you guys have an event !
