23 year old, looking for accomodation at Toulon

I'm looking for an accomodation from Semptember 2021 to February 2022. I will be a student at ISEN so I would prefear a flat near the University. A T1 or also a shared one could be ok, preferably with easy going roommates, no frequently parties.
The accomodation has to be fully furnished, with the lavandy. Preferably a double beedroom and the possibility to park the car not so far from the house. Considering the bills included the optimal total price would be around 450 €, caution of 1 months and I have already a garants (Visale). Please if you have any proposal write me an email.
