IT Support Analyst

GLORY are looking for IT Support Analysts to join our brand new ServiceDesk!

This role is for you if you are looking for an opportunity to develop and improve your IT Support skills in a fast-paced, international IT environment. You will have a passion for helping others and excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese as well as one other European language. Ideally German, Spanish or French.

What will you be doing?

You will be supporting your GLORY colleagues across the business on a day to day basis with any IT Support issues from broken hardware to new software installations and upgrades. This role supports GLORY employees across the business, so you will be able to offer explanations and technical support to employees at all levels of the business from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

- Incident and Service Request logging, prioritisation and assignment

- Manning the Service Desk number, when on shift, at all times

- FTF (First Time Fix) of as many Incidents as possible, within SLA

- Accurate assignment of Incidents and Requests to other IS teams when unable to be resolved at first line

- Accurately capturing required details to log tickets

- Reporting on statistics as required

- Fulfilling the joiners, movers and leavers requests in accordance with regulatory compliance

Required Experience

- Good understanding of enterprise technologies

- Excellent Customer Service skills

- Strong foundation and / or passion for computing and IT

- Good attention to detail, analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities

- Ability to work under high pressure

- Fluent in English and Portuguese, as well as at least one of the following languages:

French, Spanish or German

- Self-driven with a passion for the field and a thirst for personal development
