Looking for flat with people who speak English

I have a job in Toledo as a conversation assistant in English and I am looking for a flat. I would like some Spanish people or anyone from a different culture, but I would like it if they could speak some English because my Spanish is not very good. I don't mind where the flat is but it would be better if it was in the city centre. If any students want to improve their English then I could help them.
