Doctoral Candidate looking for accommodation in Toledo

I am a Doctoral Candidate from Binghamton University in New York. I plan to be doing research at various historical archives in Toledo, Spain. I will be arriving in Spain sometime in early January, 2014 and staying through May. I would like to rent a 1 bedroom, furnished, apartment or flat in or near "Old City" Toledo. I am not looking for a room mate situation; I would like to hear from realtors/landlords with private apartments at a reasonable price.
