URGENT: Accommodation needed in Thessaloniki february to june (2016)

Hello. I am Erasmus student from Estonia. I will study Art in AUTH.

I am looking for accommodation with good price (with bills max 200). I prefer small basic studio but it can be also a room in a shared apartment. (If its a room then i would prefer my housemate(s) to be friendly and nice, not very/extremly noisy who party at home 24/7) Location should be close to AUTH and center.

I am already in Thessaloniki, so i can come and see the place.

Preferred move in date is 1.02 and move out end of june, but dates are negotiable.
