Looking for apartment to rent in Thessaloniki near university.

I am a 24 year old student from the UK who will be studying in Thessaloniki for a while. I am looking for an apartment, not shared, in the city centre that is reasonably close to the university and is a maximum of 250 euros a month. I am looking to rent for at least 3 months from the end of march, so if there are any available at the price range please contact me. Also I would prefer a non-smoking environment.
