Looking for an apartment

We are two erasmus students from Latvia, we're a couple. Im 20 and my boyfriend is 24. We're looking for a studio from february till june. Preferably near city centre, but we can discuss other offers too even if the apartment is not in the centre. Our budget is max 400eur, all bills included. It would be nice if the apartment had some daily life stuff like blankets, dishes etc., but it's not mandatory.
