Erasmus Student Looking for Accomodation in AUTh nearby area

I'm looking for a shared flat or studio near AUTh, walking distance of no more than fifteen minutes would be awesome. I have two female friends (erasmus students) with me, too, but if you offer only a studio or one room in an flat, I could take it by myself. Furnished and bills included, please.

I am calm, and talkative, but I also enjoy the quiet moments. I have lived abroad and shared a house, and have no problem with that, I keep my mess to myself in my room, the rest of the place should shine bright :)

P.S.: I love pets. I speak Spanish (native language) and English.
