21 year old girl , looking for accommodation in Thessaloniki

Good morning,
I’m an Italian girl who’s coming in Thessaloniki for Erasmus from September 2017 until February 2018. I’m looking for an accomodation; I would prefer a studio flat, but I don’t mind also a single room in a private or shared flat.
I will attend AUTH so I would like to now the distance from university.
I also would like to ask if are there any discounts in case of long stay (4-5 months).
I also have to inform that in order to comply Italian legislation on taxation, I need a copy of the renting contract.
