two students from Spain who want a flat an apartment in Tartu

hey! we are two student from Spain who are lloking for an apartment to spend our erasmus year. We do not know where to looking for, so we thought thay may be in here we can get some help. We just want an apartment close to the city center and the university of tartu with two rooms. A friend who is in there this year told me about Ratusse. Some ideas? Thank you!
