Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Tarija?
I pay 60 Bo / night in a young hostel calles CASA BLACA in the down town; I deeply recomend it. I'll try to find a flat but it seems difficult
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
