36 years man. looking for accommodation in Tampere or Turku

I am going to pursue my PhD, and I am clean, calm and happy person. I have not decided where to live, so, either Tampere or Turku and that depends on best option I may have available. I would like to have my own single room, and it is a must to live with someone who care more about cleanliness. I do smoke Shisha/Hookah/Nargila, so, I need to live in a property where smoking is allowed and it has a balcony. If I like the place I may extend my stay for months, because the PhD will take about 4/5 years.
