What are the facilities like?

The head campus in Tampere is very big. It has good restaurants and cafés, easy access to many good quality computers and printers and a comprehensive two-storey library. The facilities are modern, and the personnel is helpful, skilled and friendly. There are little green areas and big parking lots for both cars and bicycles.

Are the lessons easy in TAMK University of Applied Sciences?

Often the lessons include preparing groups projects, discussing with the class or doing tasks. At some lessons one simply listenes to the professor and takes notes. Real studying is necessary in order to pass a course.

Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?

Student organizations organize parties, which are fun and relaxed. Often in TAMK there are seminars, visitor speakers, forums and theme days that students can attend. It is interesting to listen to the guest speakers.
