Moving to tallinn in Jan 17 ..looking for accomodation

Hi , I'm moving to Tallinn university of technology in January 2017. I'm more interested in sharing a room with a person who is serious about studies and lives a very tidy and hygienic life.
I would be preferring the accommodation which is walking distance from the university building but accommodation far off can also be given thought if they are cheaper and spacious.
