Im a foreign srtudetn and need an apartment with 1-2 rooms and the budget is 300-450€ per month without utility fee. In the areas: Kristiin/Kadriorg/Kesklinn.
As I know well about Tallinn already so I really need my own space. If you have any good suggestions please be free to let me know. I will coming there in August. ANd I will rent it at least for 1 year.
