20 years old italian student

I'm looking for any place in a single or shared room, spending max 250. It would be better if utilities are included. 

I'm going to Tallinn University for the fall semester (from August to February) studying politics and governance.

I have absolutely no problem to share a room with someone else, I am polite and kind, just a little bit messy but it won't be a problem.
