20 year old girl, looking for an appartment in Tallinn

I'm a law student, i'm going to Tallinn to study my third year, to the TU university ! 

I wish I could find some cool flatmates, from Tallinn or any other international country ! That could be really nice :) ! 

I'm a sociable person, and I would like, during my time in Tallinn, to visit the nearby countries (Finland, Lettonia, Lituania...)
