A rapidly developing institute. Provides a highly rated knowledge, especially in engineering. It is situated in a heart of a forest and river crossings.

What are the facilities like?

There were a huge state and European supported developement in 2010. A new central building with a new library and institution spaces (ex. Audi Research Laboratory). The old main building was renovated(insulated, window-replacement, solar-plantings), improved and certificated by LEED.

What are the tutors like?

Highly professors, doctors, teachers from the region, and the capital comes to lecture in the university.
