I need a room urgently, single or shared ..

As soon as possible,I need a room , no problem with less furnished ones and also i am ready to share it with someone. I am arrivng on 8th january evening time . Please somene send me details if having a room . I am ready to pay 250-400 accordingly. I am from indian and i prefer living with an indian because with others i may face communication gap so it will be difficult with that. I will studying electronics and controls, pg diploma course at cape breton university. also it will be better if apartment is nearby ,no need for parking facilty.
