28 years old student looking for accommodation in Swansea

I am Maksudali Mekhmonov from Uzbekistan. I am coming to Swansea for doing my Master's degree in Swansea University. First semester of my studies is in Swansea. So, I need an accommodation for 4-5months. I am looking for an accommodation in near distance to the university. It would be a good idea to have my own room, but I don't mind to share other facilities (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, refrigirator). I would be pleased to rent a room from North and South American or European or former Soviet republics.
My monthly budget for renting a room is between 250 and 320 Euros.
