Looking for dorm or apartment in Stuggart

Hallo, ich bin Nieda. I am from Malaysia and I am 24 years old. I will be studying at HFT starting from September 2016 until July 2017. I am searching for a long term rental with a minimum 1 year contract. I am hoping to get a room for each of us (my friends and I) or an apartment with minimum 2 rooms. Preferabbly located near HFT University. We are very hygienic person and have no problems with pets. We are hoping to get a furnished dorm/apartment complete with washing machine, kitchen, television and other necessities.
