Accommodation in Stockholm for students

I am looking for a place to stay in Stockholm during my internship in Karolinska Institute for 9 months. And I have also my sister with me, so we are together looking for a place in Stockholm. We would prefer a place near to Karolinska Institute. We are both Erasmus students and we are going to stay for nine months, so we would prefer to find long term accommodation in Stockholm.
