18 year-old student looking for accomodation

I will be probably studying at the Karolinksa Institutet, so the closer or the easier access I have to the University, the better it'll be for me. I am well-organised, clean and helpful. I will probably need to stay for at least 3 years. I'd like to have access to wifi and washing machine for the clothes as well and I'd be pleased if the accommodation would already have furniture, although I don't mind buying it by myself.
