If you visit Sweden in August, you do not miss it. It is during this month people can fish crabs in the sea and rivers in Sweden. It is very typical here and overall in the surroundings of Stockholm.
All the family, as well as friends, neighboords… join together during one night to eat the crabs they fished and to celebrate this party. It is a magical night, whatever in august, but in a good night.
The protocol is to eat outside the house and with some candles because it is not necessary to put crabs into the oven because you should eat them in a ambience temperature. Generally they share the dinner as well with beer.
