Swedish english

Swedish people can speak English really fluently. They are not bilinguals but so close. English is a second language for them. They start to study English at school, with 9 years old but in a very effective way.

I think that they have very good teachers who speak in English all the time and furthermore their television is subtitled and not doubled. They are used to watch the TV in its original language and with Swedish subtitles. Here, I don’t find any problems with my communication in English.

At the beginning I asked some people if they speak English but not now because I realised everybody do it. But, a problem it that not all Swedish people can write as well as they speaks.
