Stellenbosch has lots of restaurants catering for all kind of meals, ranging from pizzas and burgers at student prices to fancy wine and steak houses.

Very good, my favourites include Basic Bistro for dinner dates, Ginos for good pizza and beer and the Fatbutcher for good wine and steaks.

Is the nightlife good in Stellenbosch? Where is good to go?

Very good, with lots of options to choose from wine bars to dance clubs to bars and pubs.

What advice would you give future students heading to Stellenbosch?

Make an effort to make friends with South Africans and have a braai. The students from Stellenbosh are very friendly and hospitable.
