Native German speaker wanted as private language tutor

I am a Stavanger native recently married to a German woman and living in a house ten minutes walk from the university.

I am seeking a native German speaker, preferably a student, who is interested in tutoring me in German language twice a week. The person must be sufficiently structured to help me set up a learning plan and to prepare classes when needed. Timing would ideally be afternoon/evening on weekdays; surely we can find a practical arrangement to coordinate with university hours.

Classes would take place in my home.
