English & Croatian Speaking Student Wants to Make Friends+Seeking Private Room / Share or Apartment in Split for Aug 20 - Nov 14

Hello everyone!  I am looking for a furnished apartment / studio or private room in a shared apartment in Split between August 20 to about November 14 / 15.

I'm also just looking to meet other students, so dont be shy about messaging me!

I was born in America, but did fourth grade at Sarajevo Druga Gimnazija so I speak the language.  I'm now studying at University. I would love to live with other students or young people who are also traveling.

It's very important that I have strong / reliable wifi internet because my classes are streamed over my computer now.  

I would love to live in or within minutes walking distance from everything - the old town center / Palace, or near Bacvice, Veli Varoš, Dobri, Lučac, Manus, maybe Meje - basically somewhere that would be easily walkable to everything within 5+ minutes or so, but I will consider all options especially in an areas or apartment near other students - I am a first timer to Split so please help me with what might be my best options.

About me.... I love learning languages and meeting people from all over the world.

Besides recently spending a year immersed in learning BCS Bosnian Croatian Serbian, I'm currently learning Russian right now.   I would love roommates that are from anywhere in the world!  I am very easy going, love to 'chill out' with friends, can easily spend a night in just netflixing it or going out to watch or participate in any type of sport (Rugby being my favorite). I generally love to explore new things, so I'm open to any new ideas of challenges.  I´m looking forward to making new friends, discovering Croatia and exploring it's islands, maybe go white water rafting, horseback riding, hiking, and checking out watersports. I love the tradition of having coffee, and am always up for going for a beer or meal. I´m non-smoker, I don´t have any pets while living here, but I don´t have a problem with them.
