I am very sociable and have the ability to live with persons of all races. However I don't smoke so having a roommate who smokes will be a bit challenging.
I do not have any preferences in the type of accommodation. This room should have the basic equipment for a comfortable living to include a kitchen and a study table & chair.
It could also be a studio or seperated type of apartment
