Personal Assistant

A family with two small children is looking to hire a PA to help them with their daily tasks.
If the words “reliable”, “organized”, “initiative”, "proactive", ''flexible'' describe you best, then you are to be our personal assistant.

The main requirementsfor this position are:
- Fluency in English - both verbal and written
- Driving license
- Ability to work in flexible hours
- You have a very good computer literacy (Word, Excel, Access, Internet, Email, etc.) 
- You live close to the area of Boyana, Sofia. Or you are willing to come and live in this area. (we can support you in that)
- You are open-minded and multitasking type of person

Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Taking a child from the kindergartenand bringing it home
- Helping with chores
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Performing small administrative tasks on the computer
- Helping with grocery shopping
