Who Are We Looking For?

Responsibilities:
- Initial Training for 6 weeks
- Respond to inbound calls from customers regarding technical queries and solve them in the best manner
- Escalate more complex issues to the technical department as required
- Document and update the CRM with the required information to ensure a proper follow up till the ticket is fully solved
- Identify opportunities for upselling/crosselling
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Ability to communicate professionally, enthusiastically
- Solution-oriented.
- Quick learner with the capacity to process information efficiently.
- Independent worker who enjoys challenges and maintains focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service is a definite plus.
