Customer Advisor

Summary of the role: Provide excellent customer service through various tasks like answering inquiries, resolving issues, updating information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Joining deadline: 4th of March.

Project: a top global manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.

Compensation & Benefits:
Signing-in bonus: 1000 BGN, a candidate gets the signing-in bonus with a first monthly salary
Part-time base salary: 1750 BGN 20 hrs/week) or 2625 BGN (30 hrs/week)

Full-time base salary: 3500 BGN (40 hrs/week)
Bonuses: Transportation 50 BGN, Life event bonus 500 BGN

Training: 1 month (full-time, 8 hours per week Mon-Fri)

Requirements:

• German and English B2 or higher, both written and verbal
• Great communication skills
• Good typing and computer skills 

Schedule & Location:
Location: BGR Sofia - Advance Business Center
Flexible schedule: Work shifts between 8 AM - 8 PM, Monday–Friday ️

Relocation Package for all outside Sofia: 14 nights in a hotel, travel expense reimbursement (up to 490 BGN after 6 months)
