24 year old boy with three friends looking for accomodation in Sligo

We are four friends/two couples looking for accomodation. 

I am a student of Tourism and destinationdevelopment at Mid Sweden University in Östersund, Sweden. Me and my friend have just recieved admission to study for a semester at The Institute of Technology Sligo. 

We are four sensible young adults in the agespan of 22-28 years old. We are looking for an apartment or house to rent together. Preferably fully furnished in close proximity to town and/or campus. Your property seems to suit us perfectly. 

Regarding our financial situation, we recieve a full student grant from the swedish government(ca €950 a month each, €1900 in total) which covers cost of living during our stay in Sligo aswell as a Erasmus+ scholarship of approximately €350 a month, €700 in total.
